Amazon by far is the best that I have found. Join their Prime and you get two days free shipping and many other perks!

Hands down, Mark. Best prices, inventory, Customer service and on and on. I detest Jeff Bezos, but really admire his business savvy. No one is as good as they are keeping you up to date on your orders and managing returns. I have placed a complaint on their website and had someone call me within minutes trying to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. The military exchanges and other on line facilities pale by comparison.

For Airline tickets from Canada to the USA for drill ,I find priceline beats them all most of the time.
I don't buy stuff online like I did 8 years ago so not sure.

Yeah I have a really difficult time buying online. Kind of one of the reasons that I am curious how so many people can buy things without seeing them first. I need that guarantee that its gonna be a worthwhile purchase.

TSgt Melissa Post - I will say that as a UPS delivery driver, I see way more ( (mostly from)deliveries from Amazon than I do from Sears or staples vs other traditional department stores

That's a tough one. I shop online almost exclusively. I can't think of anything that I need or use, other than food and drink, that must go to a brick and mortar to purchase. The only time I shop in person is when searching for antiques and collectibles and militaria that I can resell at a profit. Since I prefer selling to buying I like to stay away from place where I might be tempted to make a purchase. By the way, any one want to buy anyting
