I was put in charge of running a single organized PT session in my unit (MEDCOM unit that doesn't have organized PT) mainly for Esprit De Corps purposes. I have a turf soccer field, some tires, some kettle bells, some litters, and 30-50 troops to work with. Any unique ideas for a memorable PT session that will keep people coming back for more?

SSG (Join to see) - Administer a diag.
Or, perform MMD1 and MMD2, immediately followed by CD1, CD2 and CD3. Closed out with some wind sprints, full length of the field.
It will certainly be memorable. And, you probably won’t have to do organized PT again for a while.

A good spinning session in the gym with a trainer. Its fun and you really feel it at the end of the session. Sometimes it only takes a reservation and maybe a $1 - $3 fee.

I agree with the competition, but the "losing team does this" is usually for a series of competitions and usually isn't as fun.
The most fun I've ever had during a session and one of the very best (was sore for a week) things we did was a sort of relay marathon competition. Only we were on a track (but you could do lanes instead of laps). We were split into teams and there were 4 phases of the relay. 1 mile of ammo cans, 1 mile run, 1 mile litter carry (a teammate must be on it at all times), and then it was finished off by tire flips past a certain line and back 4 times. So it was one long stretch of a competition and teams could split up some of the tasks. (the litter carry, everyone ran together and took turns every lap on the litter, for everything else only one person had to be moving at a time. So for the mile run, one person would do a lap, the next person would do a lap, etc etc.)
You could put together something similar and Im sure it will be lots of a fun. If you have enough time before hand, we got to choose our "baton" and we had some funny things to pass on such as one of those Hobby Horse things.

Long distance runs are the best followed by a few reps of upper body or some long distance sprints. At least in my experience cardio endurance is one of the best things you can do for PT.

The elongated stretch is probably my favorite. Each soldier can conduct this exercise on their own, there's no need for equipment, and it can span for an indefinite amount of time.

Running all the time will destroy ankles and knees. Use some CrossFit exercises and make it more combat related. Incorporate flak and sapi plates as well.
