After a good workout, I crave a fruit smoothie. Juice, fruit, maybe some protein powder. I don't know if it is counter productive, but it's better than eating nothing or eating junk. What are some of your favorite smoothie combinations or post-workout drinks?

TSgt Melissa Post I'll give her the point that the main base of her smoothies are frozen fruits, but everything else she adds to looks just nasty.

2 scoops whey, 2% milk, frozen berries. Or whatever I like at the smoothie bar. Maybe some peanut butter thrown in.
