Fall is approaching with cooler temperatures in the evenings where I live in Northern, Virginia. I enjoy soups and stews of many kinds. When I don't feel well tomato or chicken broth help - really or psychosomatic makes no difference to me :-)
I enjoy cream of potato, a hearty vegetable beef soup, chicken gumbo, and Hungarian goulash.
The only soups I really dislike are those that are deliberately served cold or else are fish or sea food based :-)

LOL, LTC Stephen F.. I don't know exactly why. I also don't like vegetables very much. But I love them with a dip. I especially love Snow Peas....with or without a dip! ;)
