As far back as 1994 the Veterans Administration and DoD released evidence and admitted the existence of GWS. They said there were differently illnesses and diseases associated with various exposures. Every year there are an increasing number of deaths and less and less government accountability. What do you think is happening?

I recently began looking for members of my unit to confirm what I already knew what was happening within me. I have been rated, but I wanted know if I was the only one who had every ailment on the presumptive list. Short story is, for every guy I found they confirmed their medical issues without me even asking. Some guys are already dead and some are so sick that's all the confirmation I need to know. We served with C co 1/502nd Infantry, 101st Infantry Division. G-Day Rendezvous with Eagles is a book written by Steve Wiehe, our 13F (forward observer) and it also puts us in place and time.

B Co was forward deployed near the Kuwait border, hundreds of oil wells were purposely placed on fire. For days, weeks, we only wore a cravat over our face. Our desert cammies turn black with oil that precipitated from the very air we were breathing. We ate under a poncho, we drove through this with the lights on, it would be 12 in the afternoon and look like 2000 hours....it was cold, dark and miserable. I wondered even then how r his would effect me later in life, I was thinking the worse...cancer of the lungs, or sterility, or WBC disease. I aam a chiropractor now and I treat myself proactively with many out of the box therapies...I live without pain, I ran my first marathon at 44 years old, but if I were to mention something I noticed that was different, I have since developed ADD, and it didn't keep me from getting my college degree, but it wasn't easy. I struggle day to day with staying on task...I'm still in the military, but I will eventually file a claim. What is your story? A recent report confirmed that there is a metallic dust that blows across the desert, constantly. I have witnessed those wicked sand storms. We ate that sand. If you consider all the munitions that have been shot into the desert, you can only imagine how toxic it is....more than 50 years of fifhting....I guess I am one the more fortunate ones. Has everyone tregistered for the burn registry?

Just put in a VA claim—I have issues in every body system including. I am on 16 different medications to stay alive. Nobody that worked my claims made the connection. I am trying to walk the Path with them but not sure if anyone sees what I see. VSO gave up, so I am on my own. Also I have asked UC Davis to assist Gulf War vets who use UC Davis medical group for their health care. Awaiting their response.
