For some reason I am not finding the link or button to the health assessment anywhere on that website.

Do you have My HeathVet....??? Login to you account then go to Healththy Living & search for My Health Age & then download the questionnaire which will take about 20 -30 minutes You will need your blood pressure reading, cholesterol count, exact weight and etc Then when you complete it, you will get your Heath Age with charts & lot of data to study. Va Health will recommend how to get your Health Age lower, Mine is 74 and to get to 72 I need to lower my blood pressure and quit eating tons of salty snacks & cut down on so much carbs
