Google "Army Regulations" and you will get the Army Publications Directorate. This particular regulation is not listed as a current regulation. It has been a while since Charles and I have any use for an Army Reg....we're a couple of retired (retarded) old soldiers. ;-)

Before pursuing -- Check to see if reg is still valid as it is dated 2006.

I did a little more digging and 1SG Healy is right AR 135-381 deals with "INCAPACITATION OF RESERVE COMPONENT SOLDIERS" where INCAP Pay is covered. It still in effect per the attached snippet. I am assuming (dangerously) that you have an injury that happen during training and you have manage to get the LOD started. If not, make sure your Unit Administrator gets on this ASAP and do not let the passage of time get too long. It might be to your best interest to down load your own PDF copy of the regulation. Again, Google "Army Regulations" and you will get the Army Publications Directorate. Hope this helps get you started.

Thank you for your input. I have an LOD. However, here in the Army Reserve, where we have a lot of UA turn around, it has been a pain in the buttocks. Still working on other LOD'S.
