We all have heard the Army motto and many more at different levels of the Command. But did you have one for yourself? During my time as an NCO I was asked many times by lower ranking soldiers 'How/why are you a good NCO?' So usually I'd give the standard answers like 'I care' 'i go the extra mile' etc etc. So one day during my deployment I decided to consolidate all the answers into one motto. This is what I came up with. "I am an NCO. I follow my leaders and I lead my followers."
