What is your preferred platform for video conferences - Skype, jitsi, Adobe Connect, Talky, Appearin, other?

For Video CHAT, I would use Skype. For Video Conferencing (more than one recipient at multiple addresses) I would suggest "Go to Meeting" or something like that.
