What kind of discharge would one get for anxiety?

I am currently deployed in Iraq and it is something i have struggled with prior to service but since i got to my first duty station i have been getting 2-3 hrs of sleep a night

I believe you should go speak with your care provider and see if they can give you a solution to your sleep problems. They can get you to the right place for help.

Thank you, I have and am going to appointments but doc says i have it to the point where it is detrimental to my health and discharge may be necessary but never said what kind.
