What kind of hot weather top is this with the camo flaps? Where can I get them?

Those are the iphwcu, they are still relatively new. But the ones in the picture are the 1st gen trial uniforms only issued to 25th ID in Hawaii. The ones available for purchase are with Velcro on sleeves

I think those were the Gen 1 Multicams. Not even sure if those are even made/issued anymore.

I think the gen 1s had hook loop on the flap too though and they had the Mandarin collar too I think, these don't have those.
