Your Oath Of Enlistment Is To Support And Defend The Constitution Of The United States Against All Enemies Foreign And Domestic. 1.)Do You Know What Is Actually In The Constitution? Have You Actually Read It? 2.) What Makes A Persson A Domestic Enemy Of The Constitution In Your Eyes? What Can Be Done About It?

What makes a person a domestic enemy? Simple. If you're republican the answer would be: "any democrat." If you're a democrat the answer would be: "any republican."

Does wanting to replace the Constitution with a social union count?

"Want" is one thing: "ability" is another. I "want" a Ferrari. Do I have the "ability" to afford one?

PO3 Donald Murphy The Constitution has been ignored, infringed and marginalized into a worthless memory of what was. Legislative law and policy followed by enactment are the weapons used by those that wish to limit rights and skirt central law. Some politicians that advocate social law and policy are allowed to do such without facing the fact that doing so is treason based on Wm Vs. Congress in supporting any contrary form of governance that may alter the laws embodied within the Constitution. Effectively, the Constitution must be either sweep aside or overthrown for social law to be enacted. So I'll let you figure the rest out. In any event, yes both sides can claim what the wish, but empirical history shows that Democrats that run on an open platform of "progressive" change, have and continue to attack and damage our Republics form of Republican governance simply by the ideology the openly support and pursue.

Sgt Nate Hazen, 1.) I don't have it memorized, but I have read it multiple times and studied it often. 2.) A domestic enemy of the Constitution would be someone who lives here in the United States, but who seeks the destruction of the Constitution, whether by war, insurrection, or subversion. What can be done about it depends on the situation. "Situations" in real life are almost invariably complex.

The way I see that those Of a certain political party acting/advocating .. at first I thought to be a lot of bluster.. maybe much still is.. they got their panties and shorts all knotted up in the crevice.. wonder if any have the actual brains, cajones or eggs to carry out a revolution.. or CW II..,
An idea is to “separate the wheat from the chaff”.. So who see is the wheat or the chaff.. once they can be divided.. they will fall apart.. as others step forward, separate them.., an army divided wil just be a mob, and it seems the certain political party has NO real leadership... people like Soros will not step forward, because they will be plucked out and incarcerated.. eliminate him there goes their main funding. The other sub groups get their $$ from him.. He’s A and they’re b, c, and D ... He needed them to launder the money through.. Could go and find sub groups.. got to get c and d, of course he’d prob’ly come up with e.. get his chain and incarcerate them, give very limited immunity.. let off with a minor felony after it’s over.. So many to choose from !

Erin Nelson : I agree... I think it needs squeezing.. find the loop-hole(s)..Erin.. i’m Sure those against our country had their rebel lawyer types pouring over our Patriot act.. we have to be careful, there maybe loopholes we cannot seal, they’re for us.. and they find they can turn them against us. Hopefully all they have are law school flunkies. Although I know some that almost graduated and had to go with the flow and “play liberal” to graduate or transfer somewhere to graduate..

Any person who willfully attempts the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic by any means what so ever while living in These United States of America as a member of any branch of the military, a civilian by any means. Anyone who is residing in the country by a legal means and yes illegally here. Basically anyone striving to cause damage to this country by any means.
