I'm not sure we need anymore MOS' but what I am sure of is that it's time to start putting Soldiers back into the positions that we filled with civilians. Goodbye contract police, we have MPs, good bye S1 civilians, we have 42As, and goodbye finance civilians we have 36Bs. This equally applies to the rest of the force who have been replaced by the civilians as well.

Right there with you. Most Soldiers don't get mad about having to do their job, but sometimes I get looked at sideways by a civilian for asking for something that they are supposed to be doing anyways.

THIRD EYELET, SERGEANT! In all seriousness though, I am glad we have CP because a lot of Soldiers are walking around looking and acting foolishly and most NCOs snd Officers won't be bothered to make needed on-the-spot corrections.

SFC Watkins, is the solution to give other soldiers the duty of enforcing violations? Or is the solution for NCO's to be held accountable for not making the on the spot corrections? I don't think passing the buck to a CP is the answer. It's the whole reason why I, and many like me, have ETS'd over the last 5 years or so.

The current U.S. Army has these strong capable soldiers working feverishly day and night within her beloved ranks...we just don't have a specific MOS nomenclature for them.
