RP Members, Connections, and Friends I believe there are some really outrageous nicknames that have been handed out to some of you when you served in the Military. Lets' get them out there and don't be embarrased. Please share! This is one of those Posts that just keep giving over time. RP Members keep adding your nicknames.
Don't leave us hanging - share the story behind the nickname too!!
One of my many was: "Burly" and when I was a PFC/E-3 it was "Horse Collar!" Others I can't repeat from Basic Training - use your imagination!

HEATHEN like a badge of honor I had to earn it, and I'm not going into that, but I like it, have it tattooed on back of my left hand.

I wasn't called this on a regular basis but my nickname was "Wallflower". I am a quite type of guy so no one really knew I was around until something needed to get done. Then I was the go to guy.

I had a few nicknames from many of my shipmates. One was Sharkowitz because I'm an avid fan of the San Jose Sharks. Another was Markosplits because my years of yoga and kickboxing gave me flexibility to do the splits. There'd also be the simplified version of my last name such as 'Mark' or 'Marko' but the most common nickname around the ship was Marky Mark!

My callsign was Goldminer 26 Charlie. My nickname ended up being Charlie. My first name is Freddie so I liked my nickname.
