RP Members, Connections, and Friends I believe there are some really outrageous nicknames that have been handed out to some of you when you served in the Military. Lets' get them out there and don't be embarrased. Please share! This is one of those Posts that just keep giving over time. RP Members keep adding your nicknames.
Don't leave us hanging - share the story behind the nickname too!!
One of my many was: "Burly" and when I was a PFC/E-3 it was "Horse Collar!" Others I can't repeat from Basic Training - use your imagination!

Mine was "Mad Dog". Your personal sign was the first letter of your first name and the last letter of your last name. My married name ended in "D" (went back to maiden name after divorce). First name began with "M". So it was Mike Delta or "Mad Dog".

Chap ass - seems obvious but I think they called me this because I was kind of a sarcastic ass and they knew I would be okay with it.

Someone at my first duty station gave me the nickname "Stewy" (yeah, spelled it that way, it was back in 1986). Then when I was at PLDC in Germany, I got the not so kind nickname "Queen P," cause I called my squad "peons" one time I was squad leader. But my favorite was "Stewie," given to me by my CHU roomie in Iraq, and yes, it wasn't just because my name is Stewart.

My DSGTS called me “Private Majesty” after overhearing a conversation between me and another trainee when I mentioned I was a decent from a couple of Royal House in Europe. I’m glad that ended quickly after Basic was finished.

Olive Oyl. When I first went into the Air Force, the Olive Drab utility uniforms were still in use. I was tall(-ish...relatively speaking) and thin(-ish, also relatively speaking), and the way I kept my hair back/up looked the same as Olive Oyl...so, there you go.
