Team Leader. Squad Leader. Platoon Sergeant. Operations NCO. Training NCO. Retention NCO. What ever position your Battery will need you to fill.

Depends on the size of the unit. You probably wont be pulling actual EW time. But rather a PSGT, SL, or Crew NCO position. Once there are enough people for a whole unit you will probably stay a squad or crew NCO, and also assist the battle captain. At least that's what my PMG 14H said.

I looked on their homepage and I do not see any air defense units listed, and their units their are all testing and apparently they only have 35 ada there moving up to 145 through 2018, they don't even have a battery sized element there yet.
