MVP was founded in 2015 by Fox Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer and former Green Beret and Seattle Seahawk Nate Boyer. They wanted to address the challenges that combat veterans and former professional athletes face in transition once the uniform comes off.

MVP empowers combat veterans and former professional athletes by connecting them after the uniform comes off; providing them with a new team to assist with transition, promote personal development, and show them they are never alone.

Shaq- he’s been different his entire life. He’s bigger than most humans and his joint pain must be insane but he became one of the best. He’s always learning and growing his empire and he’s got a humbleness about him when he says that he’s rich, his kids aren’t. He wants them to find their way.

I would have to give the nod to Peyton Manning for his generosity for his Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis! He has provided the funding necessary to cure and help children of all ages with his monetary donations in the millions! Well Done Manning family; Very Well Done!!

I would have to say the player that inspired me the most IS the Goat of his sport. None other than his royal highness king Lebron James. Lebron always inspired me because he has shown year in and year out for 20 years, hell over 20 years loving the game and bringing all his heart and soul into it, seeing him come from no championships to 2 in Miami growing up was huge for me I stayed up way past my bedtime to see lebron and THE FLASH and Bosh. Win that championship yes I even supported him that one year when dirk won. I still wonder to this day why that happened. I mean I saw the interviews but lebron just looked different to me. But growing up and having Lebron James as your favorite player I gotta a little hate but who can hate someone that devotes so much time for the betterment of humanity. How can you not be inspired by someone who builds houses for people, funds scholarships, builds schools. And most important of all respecting the game we love. If it wasn’t for Lebron and well can’t lie, Kobe. I never would have picked up a basketball. I’m a laker fan so I’m glad we got him for once. It’s nice seeing the tomahawk on my side. Go Lakers.

For me, it was none other than Kobe Bryant, an unrelenting beacon of inspiration, who transcended the realm of sports to touch souls universally. His unswerving work ethic, epitomized by the Mamba Mentality, encapsulates an unwavering commitment to craft, coupled with boundless positivity and love. From his meteoric rise as a high school sensation to an immortalized basketball legend, his unyielding dedication illuminated his path. Even in his heart-wrenching departure, Kobe's spirit persists, an eternal flame motivating us to embrace our passions, conquer adversities, and radiate positivity. His legacy transcends athletic arenas, encompassing a life philosophy that empowers all to chase greatness. In the tapestry of champions, Kobe's essence remains woven, forever guiding us to reach higher, embodying the quintessence of an everlasting legend.

I would have to say that Russell Wilson is a current professional athlete that I have a lot of respect for and he is also a devoted humanitarian. Wether it’s his work at the Russell Wilson hospital bringing kindness and love to sick children or the “Why Not You” foundation…. He devotes a lot of his time and money to helping inspire children. Any human being, celebrity, or professional sports player that focuses their efforts on enriching the lives of children, definitely inspires me. He is also a devoted husband and father, and I love that!!

Pat Tillman. He left a budding career in the NFL and joined the military to serve his country after 9/11. I was living in Phoenix then and he went up against public opinion

I would have to say Deon Prime Time Sanders. When you look at his Hall of Fame career, what he physically gave to the game, and how he is giving back to the young men of our future. His impact on those young men goes far beyond the lines on the field. All of that, while battling his own physical limitations. If that doesn't inspire you to keep going, check your pulse.
