Placer County's Veteran Support Office is incredible. They've helped me with many benefits questions I've had over the years. Is EDI connecting with these county offices and arming them with all the critical resources you're making available to NorCal vets?

We have an enduring relationship with all Veteran Service Organizations and consider them force multipliers, benefiting Veterans. We work closely with our Veteran Service Organization partners and brief them bi-monthly on all Veteran matters and support efforts. We also participate in quarterly County Veteran Service Organization Conferences and often conduct cross-training.

Having lived, worked and USAR-ed in San Jose/Silicon Valley for 30+ years, I suggest that anyone looking to transition there and acquire a home bring a steamer trunk of money (i.e., 1-1.5 million or so) and be prepared to offer well over asking. And yes —> it’s a great place to live and work.
