What reasons have you heard that resulted in someone getting looked at for QMP? Personal differences, misunderstandings, missed appts etc?

Derogatory information within the OMPF. Criteria is laid out in AR 635-200¶ 19-7, and the latest MILPER messages, but essentially it's any negative information that would be filed in the OMPF. I suppose some of the things you listed could lead to a QMP, but only if documented, refereed, and filed in the OMPF as dictated under AR 600-37.

Smh, pretty sure the post was looking for stories and examples of situations that led to someone being looked at for QMP, not the regulation and criteria. But hey, theres always one.

SSG (Join to see) - actually it would appear the vast majority of responses were stating similar viewpoints, but I understand the hesitancy to actually provide constructive clarification to the posed question.

SSG (Join to see) - If the NCOER was factually inaccurate, why did you not appeal it?
