You've been to military balls. Like me, you've seen a wide variety of ball gowns. What is an appropriate ball gown? What is not? Can you give or show example?

I think the man who picked her up is an idiot. If the man had any self respect, he'd have to stand her up. I would never go anywhere with a woman dressed like that. It should tell you she's seeking more than your attention. Just my opinion

Absolutely not!!!! A military gown should show that you know how to be a beautifully, strong, female and that you dress with respect for yourself.

That is beyond trashy. There is NOTHING tasteful about this..."gown". I am all for bucking convention and doing your own thing and being confident in your skin, but this is just beyond tasteless.

Use class when deciding about a gown. We in the military do not follow trends like Hollywood.
