What's life in garrison like in a CSH unit?

So I'm currently wrapping up AIT at Fort Sam and just received my first orders. I've been assigned to the 115th CSH and Fort Polk. I'm trying to get a feel for what life in garrison will be like in a CSH unit. None of my cadre here have worked in a CSH unit so they haven't been of much help in that regard. Anything information helps. Thanks!
