Surround myself with POSTIVE people. Remove persons who does not help enhance my life.
Acknowledge people who does exceptional acts. Provide thanks to all who help others.
Exercise. Eat more healthier. Get enough sleep. Dance. NO ALCOHOL. Enjoy small details.
Smile. Continue to tell myself that I am WORTH IT. Belly laughs are ESSENTIAL. Like jokes. Express true feelings. Allow myself to SAY NO without feeling bad. Stay loyal. Expect positivity. Give positivity. Allow myself to DIG DEEP. Try not to confine myself in a box created by "society standards"
Keep working hard. Taking pride in my accomplishments both big and small.

As a PTSD and TBI Veteran, I take advantage of any workshop available at my local VA hospital (CBTI, Mantram, Mindfulness, Coping Techniques) as well as engaging in cognitive functioning activities, that challenge my mind, like origami, puzzle building as well as keeping a detailed dry erase calendar at home to track my days and months. Finally I try to meditate, which ultimately helps me put my mind at ease in conjunction with the therapies I receive at the VA
I work out for my mental health. Particularly CrossFit. There’s just something about exhausting yourself both physically and mentally to keep your head on straight.

I enjoy some downtime. Specifically I shut off electronic media and just relax

I try to prioritize keeping myself physically healthy and this lends itself to my mental health. I do things like try to get in 10,000 steps a day, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, lift weights, etc. Although I do those things, I have recently been having some rough thoughts from my time in Iraq and Afghanistan (12 years ago...). I think I may need to find a therapist in the near future.
I have cut back on my drinking. I was drinking bourbon on a daily basis and going through a handle of JB a week. I don't drink on work night any longer and this has seemed to help me.

Me-time and solid boundaries are a must for my mental health. Having the time I need to set my day in the mornings and evenings allows me to be in control of how I want my day to go. Having healthy boundaries means I surround myself with people who value and respect my space and time.

Implementing accounting systems for the start-up of new small (20 employees or less) businesses allows me to continue in my career field. Many small businesses know the value of having their books correct from the start; yet shy away from hiring an accountant due to the expensive charges. Offering services at a significantly reduced rate gives them a hand up to get off to a good start. Supporting small businesses also gives back to the community & creates new jobs.
