Each Hu(G_D) Being are Oracles. We each recieve G_D's Grace from our troubles and courage from all our difficulties. I feel close to my guardian angel when I quiet my mind, only listening to heart(and my wife's heart). Raises my vibrational frequency resulting unhappiness. Singing my happy song of gratitude and praise of love. Love is all there is in this human experience. Peace

I do puzzle books, word search and soduko. I try to eat right, get enough sleep and be kind to my body. Who knows what time we have left on earth.

I live with my adult son who struggles with mental health issues and sometimes severe depression. I make certain he makes all his doctor and counseling appointments and take all his prescribed medications every day. I express my love for him daily and listen, listen, listen. It's not always easy to do but I try my best. He also has "attention deficit disorder" so I attend all his doctor appointments with him (at his request) to make certain he shares all his daily struggles with his doctor. I also take him to his counseling sessions but wait outside.

I raised a ADHD/ODD boy who is now 18 and he is very abusive at times. He refuses to take any meds as soon as he turned 13. He has had therapy since he was 5 and quit that when he was 15. I pray to the Lord daily that he quits the abuse and grows up. He quit school in the 11th grade so the military will not take him. I wish he would move out so I can have peace before my time comes. Any suggestions or help Please let me know.

I prioritize my mental health by praying in the morning when I rise. I listen to gospel music for spiritual mental cleanliness of the mind. Sit on the porch or sometimes sitting in the park listening to laughter of people, singing of the birds, watching sports events, listening to laughter of people. The mind is a place of storing and collecting good or bad memories, but being in a peaceful environment, less stressful, and spiritually mindset will help the mentality of the mind!

Spending time in my backyard grilling helps me prioritize my mental heath. Good food, music and friends take the stress away.

I have to control my environment I take time away from the news! I have a small list of friends, as I have outlived them all. New and honest friends are hard to come by. So, my list of people who come to our house is very small, mostly family members. So, I read every day and try to heal from a heart attack. We used to take a friend to any appointment she had as she is blind and lives alone. Volunteer at the church to distribute food and clothing. Support our homeless Veterans as much as I can. Donate to drives and purchase items when I can.

I recently applied and was accepted to a program called "No Barriers". This is a program for disabled vets who are struggling in their lives. I recently had a death in the family and have been really struggling with this. I am optomistic the program and the experience in the wilderness will be beneficial. We are battle buddy’s always. I make sure to keep in contact with those I served with or have met along the way not only to make sure they are doing alright but to keep myself in check. I rescue and keep animals because focusing on them helps keep me in a good place even when I’m not and sometimes you just have to remember to take care of yourself, because that old saying you can’t help someone else if you can’t help yourself is very true. Sometimes I have to take my time and focus on my issues so that I can get back to looking out for others.

I take time for self- care by getting regular massages, taking walks, reading books, Spending time with family and doing things I love.
