I take at least 2 me time days a month! As a Wife, Mother and Entrepreneur it's absolutely necessary. Sometimes it's a spa day, others it's a drive out in the country to clear my mind.

I find something to do whether it's mindful thinking, kayaking, driving around, or reading. Something that keeps my mind busy. I try to stay positive but we all have hard times so I try to focus on things like I'm alive!! And all the things I'm thankful for in my life

I have a 5 point reminder on my fridge door in addition to taking my meds religiously every day. I exercise daily ( 15 min on a exercise bike ). I review my doctor appointments every few days to ensure I don't forget them. Having schizophrenia makes doing everything I can to prioritize my mental health a requirement

Go to therapy weekly, to remind myself. I am enough and deserve the weekly session

Listen to lots of music and art projects
Stay conected to the people you served with and be an active supportive member of that extended family. It keeps you mentally active and gives you reference points for your own mental state.
