I take a "sanity day" ever so often where I get away for a day. No computer. turn off the cell phone and relax.

I applaud you; I gave up my watch, cell phone and wallet. I walk away from mt computer at least 2 days a week, and hardly watch the TV but an hour or two every day.

Suspended Profile
I make it a priority to stay organized and also pace myself. I write down notes to myself and try to plan quite a bit ahead on things. I try to socialize face to face with people to form interpersonal relationships. Lastly, I attempt to be honest with myself and realize my limitations.
i like to spend time alone, riding the electric bike, hiking, going to the beach and sitting outback and reading. i have found a peace buy doing this with no phones or interruptions. I also like to reflect on where i am in live and what i have accomplished, and to try not to reflect on negative past events. i want to move forward.

30 minutes of meditation/mindfulness in the morning. Yoga around noon. 3 mile jog in the evening.

I thank God for the blessings that are before me. For a long time I did not follow that. I found that I was living a non meaningful life. I was living but not thriving. Since I now thank God every day, my life is wonderful. God bless y'all.

I try to listen to all types of music. It keeps me from hearing my tinnitus and keeps my mind on the music and not the present or past.
