What's the best example of FUBAR you've seen?

I once saw an otherwise unstoppable tank retriever get stuck in the mud. Long time before cell phones with cameras so I have no pictures of the crew of said vehicle standing on top of the 88 screaming for me to pull them out, with my jeep. Sorry guys, can't help you was all I could say.

I was reclassing out of the Infantry to signal corps (1st mistake). My class ended at 11 pm at night and I lived about 30 mins away....one time I had to be back at post at 4am after getting only two hours sleep so I could get a safety briefing about NOT DRIVING WHEN I'M TIRED!!!!!

Best example of FUBAR I saw was when the Blackhawk mechanics in my platoon set on fire and burned a Air Force Blackhawk to the ground in Afghanistan in 2009 or 2010.
