What's the MOS for Airborne, like 82nd Airborne to be exact (I'm writing an essay on the US military)?

Many here are saying the same thing. There is a Skill Identifier for being Airborne. But If you are in the 82nd you really want the "V" Identifier. It denotes that you are Airborne and Ranger Qualified.

There is no specific MOS. Instead an identifier of “P” is added to your MOS. So an airborne light infantryman who is a private would be an 11B1P.

So if you are a Private or Private First Class you might be an 11B10 when you finish Airborne or Jump School you would be classed as an 11B1P
