Do not ever think about that girl! It's never that bad. I was like that once a long time ago & almost made it, but got caught in time. Thank God! My daughter's 34 now and about to have her 1st baby, Grandpa. LOL

I was trying to get my son a Christmas gift but for some reason my card would not work. I had other things I was getting to. Just the essentials but I couldn’t buy any of it. I had a group of people behind us in line. I decided I couldn’t get the stuff and we left the store. The people behind us pitched in and bought all the things we needed and got us all a drink for each of us. I actually started to cry a little when they brought us our stuff while I was getting my son in the car.

They were in the audience when I had a flag waving ceremony for my brother then drove to his gravesite and whipped out a gravemarker he made in my brothers honor

Being patient with me while recovering, which has been a long time. I’m thankful for that, and blessed to have a wife who is willing to go the extra mile to help me.

My Father helped me find an extremly reasonable house after I exited the Army. And, he even helped with repairs so that I may be rest assured it will hold up. And, I made a nice tidy profit when I sold it several years later.

I was waiting in line to buy an ice cream come at a Rite Aide Drugstore. I happened to have a have a shopping cart of adult diapers for my disabled son. A woman ahead of me noticed the diapers and I guess she thought I needed them and I guess feeling sorry for me paid for my cone.

When I was on Active Duty a friend of mine who owns a Transmission Shop fixed my transmission for free because he knew I was about to leave for a deployment and my family needed the money.
