What’s the process for a Soldier to get another ALC slot after the first one was cancelled?

If a SGT that’s promotable was HRC slotted to go to ALC, but ended up not attending because the ALC slot was cancelled (and received confirmation of cancellation via email) due to an APFT flag and 4187 submitted by the Company Commander to cancel the ALC date, will HRC slot that Soldier again for ALC once the flag is lifted and Soldier regains promotable status? Will getting another ALC be based on OML like it was before when the Soldier was waiting to get a slot? Or is there paperwork needing to be done through the Soldier’s BN Schools S-3 shop? Asking for a friend that’s currently in that situation.

If you lost your slot due to unit request, tan the unit has to request a new date. How it works? You have to pass the APFT, send a 4187, copy of the 705, and a memorandum for record stating that you are able to pass the APFT. However, taking an APFT with the S3 for school should not be used for the purposes of a FLAG. schools APFT are not for record since all APFTs are valid until March 2022. I forgot to mention, the approving authority is the first General in the Soldier's CoC. Better start getting ready to pass the APFT, you have 89 days to have a passing score or you will face separation.
