What's with PULHES codes being reset to all 1s? Do we all have to go through the whole process again? Somehow the codes changed. I don't know if a contract ended or records were lost or both but this will be expensive and backlog the VA even more...

I don't have the exact reference documents, but I know last year I was informed by my leadership that there was going to be a reset of the PULHES codes in order to do a re-evaluation across the board for those deployable and non-deployable. This was also an effort to get all the medical profiles fixed/updated.
