My 2023 New Years resolution will be very similar to that which I have been following for the past several years! I resolve to pursue a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food, work out on a regular basis, keep a positive frame of mind, be there for those who need help, use no drugs, limit alcohol, in moderation, to only very special occasions, do not over indulge in anything!
