How many more hours per day? May I suggest you cut down only 10% of your portions on the first week starting Jan 02, 2023, 20% the next two weeks, 30% the next three weeks... and so on. By May 1st, you would already be used to eating only 50% of what you normally ate in 2022! Thoughts?

When I go to workout, it’s normally for an hour split evenly between cardio and strength training. I usually go after work or on weekends but getting to the gym is the hardest part for me.

How about swimming which is a cardio and total body workout? Swimming will also motivate you to lose your gut and look better without a shirt.

Yeah that is also good. The benefit of yoga is I can do it at home or work. Less excuses.

I'm committed to checking off more items from my bucket list for 2023, as many as I can possibly afford. Damn inflation!

PO1 Andres Wong I've been feverishly checking off items due to a traumatic brain injury accident and realizing tomorrow isn't guaranteed for any of us. Most of my items involve traveling domestically and internationally, then experiencing the features of each destination. There are a few others, like swimming with sharks, hot air balloon ride, learn to play the drums, finish remodeling my house, etc. Traveling and exploring are my main passions though.

To hopefully get a positive answer from an orthopedic surgeon that will change my life. I have CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) in my left foot after a fall from a step that completely disabled me by putting me in crutches/wheelchair for the past two years. My New Year’s resolution is to walk without pain or medical assistance devices. It might be a dream but all I can do is keep hoping, even though there’s no cure for CRPS.

If you are a Catholic, please do not waste any minute of your pain. Unite each minute with the Holy Passion of Christ and offer it up for the salvation of souls. If you aren't, always remember that pain builds character.
