Good day,
As the clock strikes 12 on Old Year's Eve, I will be setting 12 new year goals for each strike.
1. Meditate daily to be more thankful for my day and what I have and not what I don't have
2. State my daily intention at the start of my morning
3. Work out three times a week even though I can't do what I used to and will be in pain
4. Learn and accept what my new exercise limitations are and be okay with them
5. Keep more positive thoughts ina mi mind and negative ones out
6. Say something positive about myself daily
7. Cook meals and make my own snacks to save money due to my dietary restrictions
8. Do my physical therapy exercise daily to help manage my pain
9. Do weekly self care (deep condition hair and face mask)
10. Each night plan my next day and set my goals and tasks for the day
11 Learn to control the things I can and let go of the things out of my control
12 Be the best me no matter what is going on around me
