For 2023 I plan to get closer to God and I plan to make sure my dog is taken care of and to get better with my diabetes and help people in need or help somebody in need. Also to spread more love in this world.

I don’t do resolutions anymore because if I don’t stick to it I get depressed or sad. This year my only goal is to keep improving on me(whether that is physically, mentally, financially, etc

Keep shedding the extra weight I put on during the pandemic. Almost 30 pounds down and want to keep going to get back to my military service mid-career weight. About 25 more to go!
