What's your 2023 New Year's resolution?

My New Years resolution will be to be a better me by reinventing myself and utilizing all resources available through my local VA hospital.

To focus more on relationships: --spending more quality time--being a better listener--reaching out more to distant friends/family--establishing and honoring boundaries--creating new friends by being a friend...

to be kinder and more loving, especially to my wife, and always be willing to help a neighbor

To better my health conditions and stay active,so i can enjoy my wife and children for years to come!!

Stop smoking

To be a better person and share my many blessings with those in my community, Veterans, and global non-profit organizations that are doing amazing work for children.

My new year's resolution is to get my physical and mental health in check. This means going to the gym and therapy. To actually do the things I want like traveling, instead of holding back for the sake of others.

To better prepare for promotion! Work towards earning my bachelor's degree, and get my needed housework done!
