My New Year's resolution for 2023 is to focus on myself. Focus on more personal growth to help navigate me through the coming year more easily. I need to put myself ahead of others. Many times I out others needs before my own and end up falling. This time will be different.

I have ALS. My goal is to live a life peacefully and be kind to the fellow man and woman. I will be alive for 6 years with ALS February 27th, 2023. My Journy through life is not over and I hope it goes on for many more years.
