What's your 2023 New Year's resolution?

Mentally prepare for a new coming of self and practice more progressive muscle relaxation.

I don’t do resolutions I just make a list of what I want to accomplish or manifest: losing all my baby weight before the summer, traveling either by car or plane and just having fun

To reconcile any outstanding issues with people I may have offended along life's path. I want to leave this world with a clear conscience and a light heart. I understand that some of that may not be possible but, to at least make the attempt at forgiveness would make me the better person I should have been. Vic Brooner USAF 68'

My resolution is to pay down some debt and set myself up to start traveling more!

Continue exemplifying, to my two sons, what it takes to be a great leader, friend, husband, and father; as well as cognitively realizing that I will never be as young as I am today, and approaching all endeavors with an attack mentality.

Take advantage of my benefits

To be strong enough to make it another year. That's my goal at my age and condition!

To get more exercise and rest.

To treat everyone with love and respect even if they don’t treat me that way

I plan on loosing weight and quitting smoking, yes both at the same time
I also want to turn my garage into my personal man cave once the weather warms up again I hope all works out the way I want it to
