My new year resolution is to manage my time better work /life balance and spend more time with my family because tomorrow is not promised to anyone. I love my children which is why I work hard, but They also need me at home, I will do better this year.

I am committed to lose the 'pot belly' and a few pounds along the way, in 2023. I have been walking 20-25 miles a week according to my fitbit device - the belly has been hard to lose!
