I am going to continue, increase my home fitness. More exercises, and watch my health stats more.

Try the Healthy Weight app. You can bet on your weight loss, and win back double your money. You have 6 months to lose the weight. I'm doing it too!

My New Year's resolution for 2023 and for my few remaining years is to always recognize that there are millions of Veterans so much worse off than I am (physically, medically and monetarily). When I exercise my right to VA benefits, I will remember Friends, Relatives and others in all military branches who earned awarded benefits and contributed more physically, mentally and Life Blood than I did. Some I remember should have been awarded benefits, but for various reasons (records lost, claims denied, inability to voice or write claims, and etc.) were not. When I enter and proceed through any VA facility, I will thank all veterans I encounter for their service and sacrifices. When I encounter or recognize a Veteran in public, I will thank him or her.

My news years resolution is to become more independent by finding and branching out into a new career and attending a trade or college program. Become more of a help to my family and support my younger siblings.
