What's your 2023 New Year's resolution?

I am a 37 year Medical Laboratory Technologist and I plan to improve my skills in the Lean Process by getting at least my Green Belt (I got my yellow belt last year), continuing with projects in data analytics and health informatics to help the laboratory make decisions about the best practices to serve our veterans in the way they deserve.

My 2023 New Year's Resolution is: This year i will strive to allow my Willingness to exceed my ability. to be known as a doer not just a can doer but, i must first be willing

Adjust my morning routine to be able to show up to work not just on time, but 5 minutes earlier.

I just turned 70, and have always tried to stay fit. I find it frustrating at my age, and because I have chronic pain. I will continue to learn more about my physical and emotional health, and feel the joy of living.

To treat everyone with the respect that they deserve and uplift people one person at a time

To finally purchase and move into an RV full time. While open a mobile RV repair business.

To honor, respect and sympathize with my brothers in arms. To recognize that a missing limb or even worse was a great sacrifice made by the vet as well as his family. Remember to never forget despite political affiliation.

Take better care of my health.

To get stronger and increase savings towards buying my own house!
