It's not a resolution, it's more like HOPE! Hoping to find full-time employment, since my current contract ends on Jan 20th, and a new place to live. My lease will be over on Feb 28th.

Clear as much debt as possible. Not really a resolution but a plan I put in place every year to set myself up for financial success.

1. Lose the 40 pounds I've put on over the last 12 years
2. Create a new lead flow for my Insurance business in order to provide more sales and gainful employment for producers
3. Be more committed to those things most important in my life.

The world needs a lot of healing. I have wasted a lot of time wanting to help or make a difference, but was always second guessing myself. I started writing notes of gratitude to people in my everyday life veterans, coworkers or grocery store clerk, just by paying attention to those who can easily go unnoticed (especially if your smart phone is glued to your hand). Nice gestures go a long way. We never know what people are struggling with. My goal is to be good in the world, look around and simply asked myself, " How can I help someone today?'

My new year's resolution is to continue simplifying my life and reducing stress. Downsizing our home, releasing toxic people and reducing my work hours are just a few ways I'm working on this.
