To actively be more organized and persistent with it daily. Transitioning from the military to civilian life has partly allowed me to slack in those areas/life skills causing a snowball effect with every aspect of my life.

I have several resolutions that start with self and will lead to helping others. I have recently started tackling some mental health issues that I've been fighting and it's going well. I'm becoming physically healthier in the process. I look forward to being back out in the community in 2023.

I am now 70. I am hoping to see a change towards some harmony & civility in our society before my time is up. My resolution is to be more pleasant to all I meet and continue to wear my masks with the big SMILE on them! Happy 2023 to everyone.

that is a good concrete achievable goal. may suggest you give yourself 6 months to do it? with the help of noom.com, i managed to get to 165lbs from 190 in 3 months. i therefore pray to our lord jesus, the christ, that he sends his many angels to help you.
