I am hoping to have a much better work-life balance. I struggle so much. My PTSD doesn't help and each day feels like such a struggle.

My 2023 New Year’s resolution is to utilize my knowledge and experience as a healthcare provider to promote the health and wellness of my veteran peers!

To be consistent.

I would like to continue on my journey of healing by making art and helping other veterans who suffer from Complex PTSD by teaching and sharing ideas and strategies. A part of this journey will be restructuring my life- eating healthier, exercising, grounding and mindfulness techniques. Moving forward is the goal.

Continue forward with sobriety. 12/21/21 it has been a year.
