This year my goal is to continue to work on building myself to be more balanced. When looking at the wheel of life, I could use some balance in multiple areas. Mentally: Get a certification that will help enhance my knowledge in currently what I do. Emotionally: Be more mindful/intentional when I am in the presence of others, put my cell phone down. Financially: Shop only once a month for self vs weekly. :) Find a stock/investment I want to purchase. Spiritually: Study more of what I believe and learn how to apply it to my life/relationships. Physically: After getting my membership at workout facility, become consistent in my routine. Prepare my meals as I once did. It is my belief I can do this, I will do this, I am going to be successful in my efforts.

My goal in 2023 is to slow down, be present more, and to be kinder to myself.
