What’s your 2025 New Year’s resolution?

I had been considering resolving to spend less on impulsive Amazon purchases, but I might reconsider depending on my luck in the gift card sweepstakes.

I resolve to be more sincere, patient and tolerant.

No resolutions for me just goals to do all I can to remain socially positive with all interactions so that I promote personal growth and healing.

I don't make New Years resolutions. Why set myself up for failure? Seriously though I have never felt a need to make a resolution. If there is something I want to quit or do I can't see any good reason to put it off until the start of the year. Just set your mind to it and do what you can to make it happen. When I quit smoking I did so and July 30th 2005 was the last time I lit up.

Exercise more, lose 10-15lbs, get better restorative sleep, more sunshine and fresh air, watch less TV, learn to cook health organic, less or no grain foods from scratch, can and pickle food, buy a new home and grow a garden, and be a better and happier me.
