My favorite place for R&R is my property in NW Michigan. It is a wooded property in which i am home steading. We have our campers there and bring our toys for off-road fun. I've build a huge tree fort with a zip line for my boys. when i go there the rest of the world melts away. It is truly an escape from reality.

Driving the coast from Carmel to San Francisco! Taking the time to visit the wineries nestled in between Gilroy and Freedom. Staying at the Mount Madonna Inn with it's "themed" rooms. Heading north to the Shadow Brook Inn restaurant on the way to the Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk... The the trip gets quieter with very few people around to enjoy the vistas and enclaves... The ocean views are simply spectacular! During the holidays you can visit the Limos Farm which is awesome in Half Moon Bay...CHECK IT OUT! The final destination is San Francisco, where you can simply be a tourist or shop till you drop-down town.. Aww what sweet (and [extra] sour dough) memories! Haven't gone on a vacation since 1999.... Just can't afford such a luxury.. but I sure can dream about it....

My favorite vacation spot is Las Vegas. You can get everything all in one spot, from the top notch shows, excellent cuisine, spas, shopping and fabulous pools. My husband and I go there every year for vacation.

Denver, Colorado and surrounding communities. Being from the southeast, there's nothing like getting to the Mile High City. It's one of our favorite places to go when we need to rest and relax.

Hilton Head, SC

I love Myrtle Beach, SC. everything about it, the beach, the food, the people. MY wife on the other hand loves the all inclusive resorts at Punta Cana.
