Sitting back or taking a drive while listening to music most of the time. Finding a good comedy movie works well also. Spending time with family, reminiscing on good times with my Marine brothers also help alot.

I take myself to the wilderness. Usually national forest land in mountains. Sometimes to the desert southwest.

My most wonderful friends either poolside or at the beach. Sunshine is great for the soul. The atmosphere generally brings the joy out of everyone there.

Any type of physical activity, be it hunting, fishing, nature walks, bowling, or just a long walk. Any time I feel stressed or anxious, energy expended takes my mind off the stressors and allows me to focus on the moment. Works just about every time. Of course, nothing is 100%.
