My method is doing research on living a minimalist life. So my coping mechanism is to organize, decluttering and deep cleaning while playing fast paced music.

As unusual as it may sound I ralax playing games, team supported War games. It keeps my mind sharp, relieves tension. Also enjoy walking my dog, and relaxing with a beverage on the e back porch overlooking a beautiful golf course.

Active meditation-- usually in the form of small tasks around the house that need to be done. I use that time to examine my thoughts and get my mind right.
