Going to the gym every day helps me, also hydro massage, yoga, fabulous app which prompts me to do a morning, afternoon & evening routine, which also includes periodic journaling, and a daily coaching.

Besides exercise and a regular prayer life (of which daily meditation is a part), when things get stressful, nothing beats heading out into nature (hiking, skiing) and just breathing and realizing that despite all its problems, the world is still a beautiful, mysterious, amazing place.

Mindful art and sexual health is my professional background so I teach a lot of mindful breathing techniques for to learn coping skills and enhance self-care and love. Personally, I enjoy creating art, preferably in nature

Regular exercise and a regular prayer life (of which daily meditation is a part) are just necessary to keep me on an even keel. But when things are getting stressful, nothing works better than heading out into nature (hiking, skiing) and just breathing fresh air and viewing how the world, despite all the problems, is still a pretty beautiful, mysterious and amazing place.

I like to take time each day to practice mindfulness and meditation. It helps me become more aware of my thoughts and emotions, reduce stress. Also mindfulness and meditation promotes a sense of calm and balance.

Some people sleep, pray, yoga, smoke weed...I go to the range. Haven't since ammo cost my next born and right nut, but it's still in my head that I need to go.

I get on my Harley Davidson motorcycle and go for a 500 mile ride to no where by myself and sort my thoughts
