My go to is to take a nice easy walk around my property with my dogs. Watching them run, explore and play allows me to rethink and reset myself.

I head to the range and do some pistol or shotgun drills, long range shooting with a bolt rifle is also very relaxing. Shooting has always been a way for me to relax and release my frustrations, it helps me slow down and calm down. So much so that when I last needed to move, I chose to move as close as possible to the gun range I'm a member of. Now 24/7 within ten minutes from home I can be on the firing line.

Right now it's fishing in the morning and listening to jazz at night.

I exercise in the mornings, usually 30 minutes of low impact moves. At night, I do 5-7 minutes of meditation most days of the week.

Taking a moment to realize all the things that feel good in the moment and the things I am grateful for.

I like to use sauna and cold plunge for a daily mental health reset. If I need more than what those modalities offer it’s off to the woods to be with Mother Nature

When I need more than a breath to cope, a little water tends to go a long way.
